E-tickets for the event will be sent to customers 1 week before the event date via e-mail.
E-tickets will be exchanged for bracelets on the event date. Each E-ticket has a unique barcode and is only valid for one person. E-tickets can only be used once to exchange bracelets.
The date of exchange of E-tickets for bracelets will be informed on the e-ticket.
If the e-ticket exchange is delegated, the customer who fills out the purchase form must include:
Power of attorney accompanied by wet signature and stamp.
Photocopy of buyer's ID card and photocopy of the authorized person's ID card
Seat numbers for the RED category will be known on the day according to the wristband exchange time (first come first serve system)
