  5. Transaction Biller Cashback only applicable for customers eligible scheme Incremental AUM & Product Placement

Description:

  • The Top Up Nyala Program is a saving and investment program that can be followed by existing Nyala Customers.
  • New Products are OCBC Products that have not been owned by the Customer since December 31, 2025.
  • AUM/Balance is the Customer's Total Combined Balance which includes Savings, TAKA, TANDA, Gold Savings, Deposits, Mutual Funds, Bonds and Bancassurance products.

Terms and Condition Top Up Nyala Program

  1. The Top Up Nyala Program 2026 ("Program") is valid from 1-30 April 2026 ("Program Period").
  2. Program consist of 2 schemes, Scheme: Incremental AUM/Saldo & Product Placement (“Scheme 1”) which will define eligibility for Scheme Biller Transaction Cashback (“Scheme 2”) 
  3. At the time of Program Application, the Customer must have joined one of the following services:
    • Nyala
    • Nyala Staff
    • Nyala Payroll
  4. This program is not valid for:
    • Premier/Private Banking Customer
    • Premier/Private Banking customers who switch services to Nyala since January 2025
    • Customers who do not have a planduring the Periode Program
  5. The program is valid only for Customers who join OCBC at least 3 (three) months before the Program Period
    Example: Customers who join OCBC in Januari 2026, can join the program in April 2026.
  6. Terms of program registration
    1. There must be at least 1 (one) transfer in transaction to the OCBC account owned by the Customer (either from other banks or fellow OCBC bank) with transfer nominal as follows:  
      • Rp10.111 – Join the Program with Cash Rewards for scheme 1 
      • Rp10.222 – Join the Program with Poinseru for scheme 1

      Example: Customer/other party makes a transfer to the Customer's OCBC account with a nominal amount of Rp10.111, then Customer is entitled to participate in the Program with the choice of Cash Reward Prize.

    2. The Customer is entitled to participate in the Program within the same month of transfer transaction to the OCBC account with required transfer nominal as mentioned in point (a)
    3. If there are 2 transfers with 2 different unique numbers as mentioned in point (a), then the Customer will be registered to the Cash Reward option.
      For example: there is a transfer to the Customer's OCBC account with a nominal amount of Rp10.111 and Rp10.222, then Customer is only entitled to participate in the Program with Cash Reward for scheme 1.
  7. The 2 Million Placement Tiering Scheme can only be chosen by Nyala Basic, Nyala Staff Basic and Nyala Payroll Customers. 
  8. The Product Placements that the Customer can choose to participate in the Program are as follows:
    1. Tanda Hadiah*
    2. TAKA Hadiah & TAKA Flexi*
    3. Deposit*
    4. Gold Savings
    5. Mutual Fund except for the Money Market Mutual Fund
    6. Primary Market and Secondary Market Bonds
    7. Bancassurance
    8. RDN/Customer Fund Account (only for New Product opening)
    9. Young Nyala (only for New Product opening)
    10. Credit Card (only for New Product opening)

    *) Include Syariah product option: Deposito iB, Tanda iB Multicurrency, Program Hold Tanda iB Multicurrency, TAKA iB, TAKA iB Flexi, TAKA iB Plus and others syariah investment 

  9. Terms of Scheme 1: Product Placement
    1. Customers can place their preferred Products according to the applicable Program Scheme, either through OCBC mobile or OCBC branches.
    2. For the placement of Deposit Products and Tanda Hadiah, the minimum tenor that must be chosen is 6 (six) months.
    3. For TAKA Hadiah and Taka Flexi Products, the minimum tenor is 1 (one) year. The placement amount that is taken into account for the determination of the prize tiering for TAKA Hadiah is based on the target fund. Meanwhile, for TAKA Flexi, the prize tiering is calculated from the number of nominal placements for TAKA Flexi monthly installments and top-ups made in the month of opening the TAKA Flexi account.
      Example: The customer opens a TAKA flexi product with monthly installment of 1 Million and tops up 4 Million to TAKA flexi in the first month, then the customer is eligible for a tiering prize of 5 Million.
    4. In RDN/Customer Fund Account New Products and Young Nyala New Products, Prize tiering is only calculated in the month of opening a new product based on the month-end balance during the program period at the Customer's Account.
    5. Placement in the Gold Savings product will be calculated based on the month-end balance during the program period 
    6. The placement of the product can be done in stages. The calculation of the Prize will be based on the accumulation of placement during the program period.
    7. Extra reward from Scheme 2 (Biller Cashback) is only applied for customer eligible Scheme 1, referred to point 10.
  10. Terms of Scheme 2: Program Transaction Biller Cashback
    1. This scheme is only applicable to customers eligible Scheme 1
    2. This scheme is only eligible for biller transactions with "Top Up & Pay" feature in OCBC mobile, except Top Up E-Money
    3. Minimum accumulation transaction is Rp85.000
    4. Maximum Cashback is 10% from accumulated eligible transaction up to tiering extra rewards
    5. For customers with Young Nyala, parents & children are identified as 1 customer. So, if the parent has transacted according to the terms and conditions & received the maximum Cashback, then the Cashback will not be credited to the child's account (even if the child has transacted according to the program's provisions) and applied vice-versa.
  11. Terms of Application of New Credit Card Product
    1. Customers who are entitled to participate in this scheme are Customers who have never had a Credit Card before, apply, and activate it within 3 months since the date of application.
      Example: The customer registers for the program in April 2026, then the deadline to apply and activate a credit card is June 30th, 2026
    2. Rewards for Credit Card New Product Submissions will only be awarded in the form of Poinseru.

  12. Terms of AUM Increase
    1. The AUM increase that is considered is the increase in AUM at the end of the program period compared to the end of the previous month.
    2. If the Customer meets point (a), the Reward tiering calculation will be calculated based on the lowest value between the AUM Increase and the amount of Product Placement.
    3. Customers who open at least 1 (one) new product do not need to maintain the increase in AUM.

  14. Product Placement Prizes are not valid for multiples with the maximum program prize being IDR 685,000 or 36,850 Poinseru per program.
  15. The Credit Card New Product Opening Prize is not valid for multiples with a maximum Prize of 3,850 Poinseru per Program Period.
  16. Customers will receive the Product Placement Prize no later than Mei 31st, 2026.
  17. Customers will receive Credit Card New Product Opening Poinseru Prize no later than July 31st, 2026.
  18. Customer will receive Biller Transaction Cashback no later than 31st May 2026.
  19. This program cannot be combined with the Nyala Acquisition Program or the Reactivation Program with promo code NEA25.
  20. The account must be active and not blocked for any reason when the reward is credited by OCBC.
  21. OCBC has the right not to process/cancel the provision of rewards to the Customer if, based on OCBC's assessment, it is indicated that there is fraud in the opening of the product and/or is included in the OCBC fraud list.

  24. The Terms and Conditions of this Program have been adjusted to the provisions of laws and regulations including the provisions of the applicable Financial Services Authority regulations.
  25. In the event that these Program Terms and Conditions are translated into other languages, if there is a discrepancy or conflict between the Indonesian text and the foreign language, then the Indonesian text will prevail.
